I agree that I am responsible for my safety while I participate in this event. Family members, teammates, heirs, executors, administers, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue and WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Kenneth Grantham, Mex Moto Tours, or any of their representatives, from all claims or liabilities, whether seen or unforeseen, for death, personal injury, or property damage arising out of, or in the course of, my participation in this event.
I also understand that I take responsibility in stating I have the appropriate experience to participate in this type of adventure motorcycle activity. It is also my responsibility to wear appropriate safety apparel, motorcycle safety helmet, safety footwear, and carry with me appropriate food, hydration, and personal needs for terrain, weather, medication, and type of motorcycle event or activity I am participating in. I understand it is my responsibility to come prepared for the type of motorcycle event for which I am participating, which I understand can be strenuous activity.
